What do I do now?


  • Before adopting, take the time to research the behavior, care needs, financial responsibilities, and training requirements of the species or breed you're interested in. Being well-informed helps ensure a happy, lifelong match!


  • An approved application is required for all adoptions. Processing takes 3-5 days, so please check your email and voicemail regularly for updates. All animals must be spayed/neutered before going to their new home.

  • Once notified of approval, you will be scheduled for an appointment with your adoption coordinator to visit the shelter. Please note that some adoptions may require multiple visits to ensure the best match for you and the pet.

  • Adoption Day – What to Bring

    • A valid ID

    • A cat carrier (if adopting a cat)

    • A leash and collar (if adopting a dog)

    • Adoption fee Dogs are $250 Cats we ask for a minimum donation of $50. We accept cash, check, credit and debit.

Adoption Fees

Dog and Puppy Adoption Fees:

Puppies under 6 months of age: $250

Dogs 6 months to 8 years: $250

Dogs over 8 years of age: Monetary Donation of Choice.

Minimum $50 donation for all Cats and kittens

Angel Program

Old. Not unadoptable.

To ensure the golden years of a dog aren’t the alone years, we have the Angel Program. All dogs over 8 years are available to approved homes for a donation of choice.
